APPROVAL & SELECTION
Applications are nonrefundable. They are processed in the order they are received, however, the selection and approval may not be in the order received. Applications will not be considered received nor will they be processed until all persons over the age of 18 years have submitted a separate application, all supporting documents have been received and reference contacts provided.
Applicants must complete the pet screening process. This is not only for pet and animal owners but also for residents and applicants that DO NOT own a pet or animal. Applications will not be considered complete nor will they be processed until a profile has been submitted to management from petscreening.com.
Selection is determined through a combination of the applicant’s move-in date, credit, income, references, and rental history. Furthermore, applicants who offer a higher monthly rental amount may have priority. RRM reserves the right to request any additional information, documentation necessary, increased security deposit, or cosigners. Identification that is not current or that is not in a condition to be read will not be accepted. Generally, RRM does not take cosigners unless special circumstances prevail.
Applicants with prior evictions or with debt to previous landlord(s) will not be considered.
Misrepresentation, untruthful, incomplete applications, or refusal to supply documentation will cause an application to be denied.
We will not rent properties unseen. To ensure every aspect of the property is to an applicant’s satisfaction we will not offer or sign a lease until said applicants have physically visited the property.
We understand that pets are cherished family members. Our pet-friendly approach means your beloved companions can be by your side in the comfort of your rental home.
