With your day-to-day management covered, you will stay informed all while benefiting from a professional liaison between you and your tenants. Your residents will have an online portal where it is convenient for them pay rent, submit maintenance requests, upload or purchase renters insurance and communicate with management. You will also have an online portal to view your financial statements, access shared documents, and set up your online payment options.

WHO IS A GOOD FIT?
For those who are familiar with Fair Housing, State Laws, Local Ordinances and industry standards, this is a great choice. It is recommended you live locally and remain readily available, as tenant and maintenance issues are unpredictable. It is critical you’re prompt when handling maintenance requests, comfortable handling accommodations requests, increasing the rent and enforcing the lease terms.

With this service, we'll prepare and provide you with a completed lease for you to sign directly with your tenants.

We want you to feel confident and comfortable when you are signing the lease agreement with your tenant. This document preparation service will include a consultation with you to review the terms and conditions within the lease.
